Today I saw a headliner say Fitch Cuts Italian, Spanish Ratings by Two Notches In the bottom of this story it said the following and Bonds for France, Spain for a 1-year bond they are offering Spain average 2.049 percent, France yield of 0.406 percent. I thought it wise to view what the U.S. Treasury offering on a one-year 52-wk = Int Rate 0.105
Then I ready as well Italy is offering for their 10-year bond 6 percent. NOW take a guess what the U.S. is offering. Go for it take a well thought out guess. Okay here is it Int Rate 2.000
It is 3:35 PM ET and we have less then 30min till the U.S. Markets close. Well see shortly if the big money goes in to U.S. Stocks, Metals IE Gold, Bonds U.S short term or Currencies IE US Dollar, Swiss Frank, Euro or other. As of now it it leaning towards Gold, US Bonds, US stocks.

Spain on Jan. 17 paid an average 2.049 percent to sell 12-month debt, compared with 4.05 percent on Dec. 13. The previous day, France auctioned 1.895 billion euros ($2.5 billion) of one-year notes at a yield of 0.406 percent, down from 0.454 percent on Jan. 9.
Italy’s 10-year bond yield dropped below 6 percent on Jan. 27 after ending last year with a yield of more than 7 percent.
